By using or interacting with Fireclay Chatbot, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Chatbot.
1. Purpose of the Chatbot
The Chatbot is an automated digital assistant designed to provide information, answer questions, assist with inquiries, and help users access information about Fireclay Corporation, its products, services, policies, and other related matters.
The Chatbot is intended to provide general assistance and does not replace communication with an authorized representative of Fireclay Corporation when human assistance is required.
2. AI-Generated Responses
The Chatbot uses automated and/or artificial intelligence technologies to generate responses.
While Fireclay Corporation makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information, Chatbot responses may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or information that may not fully apply to a user’s specific situation.
Users should verify important information with Fireclay Corporation or an authorized representative before making decisions or taking action based on a Chatbot response.
The Chatbot should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for matters requiring professional, legal, financial, medical, technical, or other specialized advice.
3. User Responsibilities
When using the Chatbot, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when information is requested.
- Use the Chatbot only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
- Not use the Chatbot to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or confidential information.
- Not submit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material.
- Not use the Chatbot to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm another person.
- Not intentionally attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or compromise the operation or security of the Chatbot.
- Not use the Chatbot to obtain or disclose another person’s confidential or personal information without proper authorization.
4. Personal and Confidential Information
Users should avoid providing sensitive, confidential, or unnecessary personal information through the Chatbot.
If the Chatbot requests information necessary to process an inquiry or provide a service, such information will be handled in accordance with Fireclay Corporation‘s Privacy Policy.

5. Information and Content Provided by the Chatbot
Information provided by the Chatbot may include product information, company information, instructions, recommendations, links, or other content.
Information such as product availability, pricing, specifications, policies, schedules, and other business information may change from time to time. Users should confirm the latest information with Fireclay Corporation where necessary.
The Chatbot does not have authority to enter into contracts, make binding commitments, approve transactions, provide guarantees, or make representations on behalf of Fireclay Corporation, unless expressly authorized by the Company.
6. Availability of the Chatbot
Fireclay Corporation will make reasonable efforts to keep the Chatbot available and functioning properly. However, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
The Chatbot may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, system updates, third-party service interruptions, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
Fireclay Corporation reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Chatbot or any of its features at any time.
7. Third-Party Services
The Chatbot may use or interact with third-party technologies, platforms, artificial intelligence services, websites, or other external services.
Fireclay Corporation is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or content of third-party services that are outside the Company’s reasonable control.
Where the Chatbot provides links to third-party websites, those websites are governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Chatbot, including its software, design, branding, content, materials, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Fireclay Corporation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may use information provided through the Chatbot for legitimate personal or business purposes but may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the Chatbot or its underlying technology without prior authorization from Fireclay Corporation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fireclay Corporation, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, cost, expense, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, business interruption, or other consequence arising from or related to:
- Reliance on information or responses provided by the Chatbot;
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Chatbot responses;
- Decisions or actions taken based on information provided by the Chatbot;
- Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Chatbot;
- Technical errors, interruptions, system failures, or third-party service failures; or
- Unauthorized access to or use of the Chatbot beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Chatbot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties that the Chatbot will always be accurate, complete, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the total aggregate liability of Fireclay Corporation arising from or relating to the Chatbot shall, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the amount paid by the user or client specifically for access to or use of the Chatbot during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fireclay Corporation, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Chatbot, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws or the rights of another person.
11. Suspension or Termination
Fireclay Corporation may restrict or terminate a user’s access to the Chatbot if the user violates these Terms, misuses the Chatbot, engages in unlawful activity, or poses a risk to the security or operation of the Chatbot or its users.
12. Changes to These Terms
Fireclay Corporation may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Chatbot, applicable laws, or business practices.
Updated Terms will be made available through this page. Continued use of the Chatbot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Chatbot shall be subject to the applicable courts of the Philippines.
