Are the Fireclay door locks electrically powered?

The Fireclay locks are battery operated.

Can I install the door lock on my own?

Yes, but Fireclay Corporation will not be held liable for any damages made during your own installation. Damages made through own installation will not be included in your warranty.

What are the batteries used for Fireclay hotel locks?

AA Batteries are used.

Do you provide warranty?

Fireclay Corporation provides 1 year warranty for all hardware products.

Is it possible to have one master key for all door lock?

Yes, we can customize to have one key but this is prone to theft as the key will be compatible for all the door locks. We recommend to use one master card instead. If it is misplaced, the access can be removed.

I have an existing lock and door hole but I want to upgrade to Fireclay RFID Hotel Door Lock, will the installation cost be the same?

The existing door hole will be checked and assessed to ensure there is sufficient space for the Fireclay RFID Hotel Lock. This will also help determine the scope of work and the installation cost.

Which elevator supplier is the elevator card controller compatible with?

Our elevator car controller is compatible with KONE elevators. For other suppliers, compatibility needs to be checked.

What types of cards do you have?

PVC ID, RFID 125Khz, RFID Mifare 13.5MHz, and HID Compatible. Check out our cards here PVC, RFID Cards, and Pre-Printed Cards

How many days is ID printing?

For ready to print ID cards it takes 1-2 days. If with design and layout it would take around 1 week.
