Are the Fireclay door locks electrically powered?

The Fireclay locks are battery operated.

Can I install the door lock on my own?

Yes, but Fireclay Corporation will not be held liable for any damages made during your own installation. Damages made through own installation will not be included in your warranty.

What can we do if the hotel guest loses their keycard?

You can block the lost card so no one else can use it, then issue a new keycard to the guest.

Do you provide warranty?

Fireclay Corporation provides 1 year warranty for all hardware products.

I have an existing lock and door hole but I want to upgrade to Fireclay Hotel Door Lock, will the installation cost be the same?

The existing door hole will be checked and assessed to ensure there is sufficient space for the Fireclay Lock. This will also help determine the scope of work and the installation cost.

Which elevator supplier is the elevator car controller compatible with?

Our elevator car controller is compatible with KONE elevators. For other suppliers, compatibility needs to be checked.

What types of cards do you have?
